Order & Pickup Policies
Special Order Policy
Special orders are processed on a case-by-case basis. To ensure timely fulfillment, please provide a 1-2 week's notice for custom quantities or specific carpet styles. All special orders are subject to availability and pricing based on current manufacturer rates.
Will-Call Pickup Policy
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All will-call customers must present a valid photo ID and a signed purchase order or invoice at the time of pickup. We recommend calling & scheduling a visit in advance to ensure your materials are ready for immediate loading.
